Some people are not fully recovered from Ondoy’s wrath yet another typhoon, more destructive, is devastating our poor country. According to
Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration Typhoon "PEPENG" (Parma) has maximum sustained winds of 195 kph and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It was forcasted to move west Northwest at 13 kph but is now slowing down as it continues to move towards Aurora-Isabela area. Below is PAGASA’s satellite image update as of 11 p.m.
